Free program to make simple animations from images.
What task can a program like Simple Animator do? Well, just that as it is a tool to create simple animations in a few steps. Later you can export these animations in image frames. The use of Simple Animator is very simple.
There are three steps to follow. In Part Designer you choose the image you want to animate, in Animation Designer you work on the project frame by frame and you have to choose a frame by clicking on the icon in the shape of an arrow in the toolbar. Finally, you check the result in Animation Viewer and regulate the speed you want (FPS).
The frames can be saved in File/Export Frames.
